Implement short positions on Iconomi

Iconomi platform--perhaps intentionally--is quite limited for navigating downturns in the market. Strategists' options are limited to escaping to stable coins or maybe PAXG. In this aspect Iconomi is falling behind competitors or near-alternatives. At the very least some simple products such as Short 1x of assets (without leverage or maybe with reasonable leverage up to 3x), perpetual futures/swaps for short positions need to be added. These products are readily available on CEX'es implemented by Iconomi and should be simple to add.

1) shorting available for your private strategy/tokens (own funds in it)
2) available for private strategies with non-retail copiers, not available for strategies with retail users as copiers (regulatory requirement)
3) maximum 10x leverage
