Autocopy also for existing balance on the ICONOMI account - DCA investing

At the moment Autocopy works only for new euro deposit to the platform.
Enable it also for existing fiat balance on user ICONOMI account.

Suggestion from user:
Currently I have 1600eur available in FIAT on my ICONOMI account and I would like to invest with DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) > 200eur per month into specific strategy.
