Create referral codes

Allow to create a referral code that is entered in the registration process and not only have the link option for referrals.

Registration process is actually already done like this:
- If the user does NOT HAVE a referral code in his cookie, a referral code input filed is shown to him/her
- if the user does HAVE a referral code in his cookie, the referral code input filed is NOT shown to him/her
we'll evaluate to change the registration process: display the last step & pre-populate the referral code field with the actual referral code
