Add API for posting activities

At each rebalance any automated strategy should be able to update the users with current stats of the index and rebalance values. Currently it is not possible to automate this aspect via API, reason why this request was created. A limitation can be set to avoiding spamming cases, eg Max nr of post per spell

We just upgraded the API in a way to allow strategy mangers to post up to 6 post / day / strategy.

Thank you but it does not accept image as attachment generated by algorithms. And encoding the data in a string format would not even work as I tested and seems \n are not displaying correctly nor <br>.
