Smart rule based pricing also outside of crypto strategies.

Now that more pairs can be traded without having to use Crypto Strategies, in Crypto Smart Rules there is no price base and it can only be done in % and it is quite complicated to set it up to trigger the rule.
If I want to exchange BTC for USDT with a stop loss at $25K of the $26K we are at, I have to be calculating the exact % of the drop that it has to be, it would be much easier to set the price at which I want the smart rule to activate .
Right now it can only be done by percentage, being quite difficult to set exact prices that activate the smart rule.
